OTTOGI K-Chicken Sauce Yang-Nyeom Chicken Sauce brings the intense, fiery flavors of Korean yangnyeom chicken to your kitchen. This extremely spicy and hot sauce is perfect for coating fried chicken, offering a bold blend of chili peppers, garlic, and traditional Korean spices. Korean Style Fried Chicken with Yang-Nyeom Sauce

  • 500g Chicken wings or drumettes
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup OTTOGI Yang-Nyeom Chicken Sauce

1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Dip the chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat them in the flour mixture.

2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C (350°F). Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

3. Coat with Sauce: In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken pieces with Ottogi K-Chicken Sauce Yang-Nyeom Chicken Sauce until well-coated.

4. Serve: Serve immediately with sides like pickled radish or coleslaw.
