OTOKI Mall New Zealand sells Food products (the “Products”) to customers who purchase a Food product. OTOKI Mall New Zealand is designed for personal, small-quantity purchases only. We do not accommodate large or bulk orders through OTOKI Mall New Zealand . You may not purchase Products for further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose.

The Membership and all rights and privileges conferred are personal and non-transferable. All words referred to as ‘contract’ below refer to the OTOKI Mall New Zealand and your transaction details.

If any problems arise with your order, or with the shipping address or Payment Method (as defined below) associated with your Membership, and OTOKI Mall New Zealand is unable to resolve the problem, we may notify you via email using the email address associated with your Membership. If problems arise with your order that we cannot resolve, your order may be cancelled and we may not be able to deliver future Products until the problem has been resolved. If the entire refund or cancellation are processed due to the customer’s simple change of mind, the transaction fee of 15% will be excluded from the refund amount. Additionally, orders that violate our website policies may be cancelled after email notification, and refunds for such orders will also have the transaction fee of 15% deducted.

Membership Cancellation or Modifications

We may cancel your Membership at any time if you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within sixty (60) days of us reminding you that payment is due. We reserve the right to not ship any Products or Box to you unless your payment for those Products, or that Box, has cleared.

We may also cancel your Membership at any time if any of the following conditions are met: (a) if you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the Product(s), for example, your shipping address; (b) if you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Product(s) to you; or (c) if we suspect that a purchase was fraudulently made or an account was fraudulently set up.

Shipping

[Shipping Notice] During the holiday season, delivery services experience higher demand, which may result in delays. Please allow a few extra business days for your delivery to arrive compared to the usual timeframe.

Shipping address: Your shipping address must be complete and accurate. Indicating whether your address is located in the North Island or South Island and specifying if it is “Rural” is required.

Courier delivery option: Packages are dispatched with “Signature required”. If you prefer the package to be left at your address when no one is home, please leave a delivery note that you allow to leave the package if nobody at home. We will send it with “Photo required” instead of “Signature required”. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages in this case.

If a delivery with “Signature required” fails, the package will be taken to the courier’s depot, and a card will be left with details of the depot holding your package. Shipping timeframe: Packages are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received and funds are cleared. Orders are shipped via NZ Post (or occasionally via PBT, depending on circumstances) and are subject to product availability.

NZ Post system will send you a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s progress online. Delivery is generally expected within 2–5 business days, though this timeframe may vary slightly due to courier circumstances.

Shipping fees: Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched and delivered with special care.

Stock shortage: The OTOKI Mall New Zealand is not responsible for the in-stock of the products displayed on the OTOKI Mall New Zealand website. If you have successfully completed your order but the OTOKI Mall New Zealand contacts you that it is out of stock, OTOKI Mall New Zealand can only process it as a partial refund or full refund from your entire order. You must accept refund and you are not eligible to wait for a specific item to be restocked. It is impossible for you to receive delivery after waiting for a specific item to be restocked. If there is no stock of the product, the difference in exchange for other items will be accumulated as points.
