📝 Ingredients
- 1 single pack of OTTOGI Cream Jin Jjambbong (Korean Seafood Ramen)
- 350ml water
- 3 green mussels (without shell)
- 6 large cocktail shrimp
- 1tbsp cooking oil
- 1tbsp (1⁄16cup) chopped spring onion
👨🍳 Method
- In a wok (or a frying pan), bring 350ml of water to a boil with the dry vegetable sachet.
- Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the pot.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat a separate pan with a little oil. Quickly stir-fry the shrimp and mussels until the shrimp turn pink and the mussels are fully cooked.
- Once the noodles are done, add the cooked seafood to the noodle. Add the liquid soup base and stir-fry for 1 minute to combine all the flavours.
- Serve immediately & Enjoy it!
*For 2 servings: Use 2 packages of noodles, double the seafood, and use 550ml – 600ml of water.
